Your tool, the step that failed and its error message are enough to start. Remove credentials before sharing a screenshot.

Include the failing step

Copy this outline and fill in only what applies:
Describe what you expected and what happened instead. For payment issues, copy the order number from Payment history in Payments. Include both the payment status and the Traffic status.

Keep your credentials private

Remove passwords, connection URLs containing credentials and private page content from screenshots or logs. Never send wallet private keys or recovery phrases. A tool name, error message and selected settings are enough to start the conversation.

Check one thing before sending

You do not need to understand the cause before asking. If a step is unclear, say which screen you are on and email support.
