Residential proxies run through real people’s home connections. To keep those homes out of fraud cases, we block payment, banking and Apple sites on residential proxies. Google sign-in, marketplaces, social networks and AI tools stay open. The block covers every country, city and session mode. Changing the location or rotation won’t open these sites.

🚫  What is blocked

Payments

PayPal, Stripe (including checkout and dashboard), Braintree, Payoneer, Adyen, Square, 2Checkout, Skrill, Neteller, Western Union, Wise, Mastercard, Google Pay

Banks

Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, American Express, Barclays, Monzo, N26, T-Bank

Apple

apple.com and its subdomains, including Apple ID, App Store and Apple Developer

Chinese payments

Alipay, WeChat (weixin.qq.com, WeChat Pay), UnionPay
Some crypto exchanges are blocked too, for example Coinbase and Kraken. Other banks and payment services can be blocked as well, and the list can grow. Not sure about a site? Ask us before you buy traffic for it.

✅  What stays open

  • Google sign-in, Microsoft Office
  • Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Avito
  • Facebook
  • ChatGPT and Claude
  • Government sites (.gov, gov.uk) and universities (.edu)
  • Some banks and exchanges, for example HSBC, Revolut, Binance, Bybit, OKX

🔎  How a blocked site looks

The page doesn’t load at all, and your app shows a connection error such as 503, CONNECT tunnel failed or Target host denied. Other sites keep working through the same proxy. To check, open My IP through the same proxy. If it loads and only the payment or bank site fails, that site is blocked.

💡  Need one of these sites

We don’t open blocked sites on residential proxies, even on request. Use ISP proxies instead. An ISP proxy is a static IP that only you use, so this rule doesn’t apply. Tell support which site you need before you buy, and we will check it on a live IP.

Still stuck?

Send us the site and the error. We will tell you whether it’s blocked or something else.
