## What should I send?

* The app you are using
* What you tried
* The error message, if there is one

For a payment question, add the order number from [Payments](https://proxylane.dev/dashboard/billing).

A screenshot can help. Hide passwords and proxy URLs before sending it. Never share wallet recovery phrases or private keys.

You can also ask **before buying**. A simple “Will this work with my app?” is enough.
