# Proxies for your clients

> Generate ready connection strings for a sub-account with country, session and format.

Every sub-account has one login. From it you can build as many connections as your client needs.

## 🧾  Generate a list

```bash theme={null}
curl -X POST https://proxylane.dev/api/v1/subaccounts/SUBACCOUNT_ID/proxies \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer plr_your_key" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"country": "DE", "session_mode": "sticky", "gateway": "europe", "count": 5, "format": "url"}'
```

| Field | Values | Default |
| - | - | - |
| `country` | Two-letter code, for example `US`. Leave out for any country | Any |
| `region`, `city`, `isp` | Codes from `GET /locations?country=US` | Any |
| `session_mode` | `rotating` new IP per request, `sticky` keeps the IP, `timed` keeps it for `ttl` seconds | `rotating` |
| `protocol` | `http` or `socks5` | `http` |
| `gateway` | `europe`, `america`, `asia`. Pick the one closest to your client's servers | `europe` |
| `count` | 1 to 1,000 lines | 1 |
| `format` | `url`, `host_first`, `user_first` | `url` |

Formats:

| `format` | Line |
| - | - |
| `url` | `http://username:password@host:port` |
| `host_first` | `host:port:username:password` |
| `user_first` | `username:password@host:port` |

Each sticky line gets its own session, so `count: 5` gives five different IPs that stay put.

## 🖥️  In the panel

Click **Connect** on the client's row. Pick the country, gateway, protocol and rotation under **Proxy list**, then **Generate**, **Copy** or download a **.txt**.

> For how sessions and locations behave, see [Rotating and sticky IPs](https://docs.proxylane.dev/rotating-and-sticky.md) and [Locations and formats](https://docs.proxylane.dev/connection-settings.md). The same rules apply to sub-accounts.
