# Static ISP IPs

> Order, track and renew static ISP IPs for your clients over the reseller API.

Sell dedicated static IPs next to residential traffic. You pick a product, pay from the USD balance, and get ready connection strings for each IP.

> ISP orders over the API are enabled per account. If you get `403 isp_not_enabled`, [message us](https://docs.proxylane.dev/support.md) with your account email.

## 🛒  Pick a product

Each product shows its country, the price of one IP for 30 days in `price_cents_per_ip_month`, the periods in `terms_days`, and `stock`: `in`, `low` or `out`.

Discounts add up and are in `meta.discounts`:

| 10+ IPs | 5% |
| 25+ IPs | 10% |
| 60 days | 5% |
| 90 days | 10% |
| 360 days | 15% |

| Field | Values |
| - | - |
| `product` | `id` from the product list |
| `quantity` | 1 to 256, within the product's `min_quantity` and `max_quantity` |
| `days` | One of the product's `terms_days`: `30`, `60`, `90` or `360` |
| `use_case` | `Account management`, `E-commerce and marketplaces`, `Ads and marketing`, `Web data and monitoring` or `Other` |
| `use_case_note` | Up to 500 characters. Required with `Other` |

The price is charged from the USD balance at once. The response has the order, `charged_cents` and `balance_cents`. Promo codes don't apply to API orders.

## ⏳  Get the IPs

A new order is `preparing`. Check it every 30 seconds or so:

When it turns `active`, `connections` has a line per IP with `host`, `port`, `username`, `password` and a ready `url`:

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| `preparing` | IPs are being issued or renewed |
| `active` | IPs work |
| `soon` | Ends within 3 days. Renew to keep the IPs |
| `expired` | The period is over |

`GET /isp/orders` lists your latest 100 orders. Filter with `?status=soon` to find the ones to renew.

## 🔄  Renew

* Renew when the order has `renewable: true`. The IPs stay the same.
* Send `ips` to renew only some of them. Leave it out to renew all.
* The order shows `preparing` until the renewal is done.
